The lobby of the hotel was very welcoming and the staff friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient for our visit, being close to the places we wanted to go.
The breakfast served was monotonous with no variety to the menu and lacked even basic tea or coffee. Despite requesting room servicing, our room was not cleaned during our three-night stay and even basic needs like changing of sheets and towels were not attended to timely.

This hotel's location is way too far from the nearest metro station, making it difficult to get around. the service staff are friendly, but overall the cleanliness of the room is not up to par. the bathroom needs improvement and the breakfast is subpar, with limited options. the lobby is a decent welcome point upon arrival.
The room was disappointing and outdated, with old furniture and uncomfortable beds.

The room was spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was convenient for my needs as it was close to my meetings and the airport. the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and comfortable.
The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. Despite requesting housekeeping services, my room was not cleaned during my entire stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the staff who were friendly and accommodating, the spacious room, and the convenient location close to everything we needed. The lobby was also welcoming with attentive porters.

Staying here was a great experience! We enjoyed the welcoming and professional staff, always taking care of us. the venue had exclusive amenities like an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room - we felt so spoiled. we had a fantastic full body massage at the Spa, one of the best we have ever experienced.
It is a shame that the restaurant service was slow, and we had to wait a long time to receive our food. it is a minor issue compared to all the excellent things offered by this hotel.

I had a sore throat when I arrived at Gm City, and the bar didn't have the honey drink I wanted. But the staff went out of their way to make it for me, free of charge. Their caring and generosity really impressed me. The location is also convenient and peaceful, with everything I needed within reach. I highly recommend this hotel.
